Steps after receiving your offer letter

  1. Print & Fill the Offer Letter – Print all pages and review details carefully.
  2. Sign the Offer Letter – Use ink signature only. Add date and signature on the last page.
  3. Attach Required Documents – Passport copy (first & last page) and two passport-size photos.
  4. Courier via Private Courier Service – Pre-book pickup with DHL, FedEx, UPS, DTDC, or BlueDot.
  5. Share Tracking Details – Email the tracking number to HR once dispatched.
Courier must be sent within 6 days. Only hard copies are accepted. Visa files will be attached and forwarded to the Embassy once your documents are received, and your embassy appointment will be scheduled accordingly.
